Refund Policy

I always strive to send out the best quality items, and would never send out anything of a quality that I myself wouldn't expect to get. 
However due to the handmade nature of a lot of the items, particularly pins, even A Grades will not be 100% perfect but will be as close to it visually as possible. 
In regards to refunds, they will only be given if the following circumstances occur - 
🦂 A package has been lost in transit. If this happens, then proof needs to be given that the package was never received e.g. Confirmation from the post office/postal service in the customer's country that the item has been lost. 
🦂 The item/s are damaged in transit - photographic or video evidence must be given of this. In this instance, a replacement will be offered first, which will be sent at Jenna Craig Design's expense (including shipping costs) OR a refund will be offered. 
🦂 In the case of damaged items, if you decide to take the refund, the damaged items must be sent back first. Jenna Craig Design will reimburse for the shipping costs for this as soon as I receive proof of shipping and a tracking number. 
As soon as the items have been received safely by me, then a refund for ONLY the damaged items that were sent back, will be refunded. 
Damage Replacement -
🦂 If you take the replacement option instead and damages happen a second time, ALL damaged items must be sent back at your own expense (shipping costs) and another replacement will be issued out, also at your own expense (shipping costs and 25% of the cost of the items) 
🦂 Beyond these instances, ALL SALES AND PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.
